Cruising Catamaran (ASA 114) on
Lake Superior
This is an advanced cruising course for
sailors with cruising experience. Graduates are certified to act as
skipper and crew of a 30-50 foot multihull sailboat by day in
coastal waters. Students will learn all aspects of
skippering an Athena 38 cruising catamaran
(school
boat images). Students sleep aboard the boat at our marina and sail
during the day in and
around the Apostle
Islands National Lakeshore on Lake Superior.
Class Location: Apostle Islands, Lake Superior.
Vacation
courses are held on an
Athena 38 cruising catamaran

boat images)
in the beautiful Apostle
Islands near Bayfield, Wisconsin. Students may pre-board the boat
after 5PM the Sunday night before course starts.

Fee: $895; includes
textbook Multihull Sailing,
exam, ASA certification, sleeping accommodations, and 3 lunches.
Instructor to Student Ratio is One to Four Maximum!
Prerequisites: Basic
Keelboat (ASA 101) and Basic
Coastal Cruising (ASA 103) and Bareboat Charter
(ASA 104).
