New Carbon Wheel from Edson

Edson International, the world’s foremost manufacturer of sailboat steering systems and wheels, introduces an all new Tri-Spoke Carbon Wheel design for the racing, performance cruising and custom yachts.

Featuring a unique design that blends the three spokes into the center hub, the new carbon wheel is available in sizes from 36” to 52” in diameter. The wheel features a leather-covered aluminum alloy rim for strength and a machined hub insert for a precision fit on all Edson tapered wheel shafts. The carbon composite hub/spoke section is available with either a clear coat finish, showcasing the distinctive carbon weave, or at the customers request, can be painted to match the boat’s color scheme.

Combining both strength and beauty, the unique Tri-Spoke design not only provides an elegant centerpiece to a boat’s cockpit, but also allows excellent visibility and access to helm instrumentation and controls. And, as with all Edson steering wheels, it is CE approved.
