World Match Racing Tour Stage 4 Summer TV Scheduling

With Portimão Portugal Match Cup a few weeks ago and Stena Match Cup Sweden finishing the beginning of this week, the ISAF World Match Racing Tour (WMRT) is proving to be a thrilling competition for audiences across the globe. If you haven’t been lucky enough to see the teams in action, we have all the details of where you can watch exclusive footage in highlights programmes, news shows and of course live action from future events on TV channels around the world.
Setanta Africa will be broadcasting the show at 21.15 (local time) on 30 July and on ESPN Star Sports channels including South East Asia, Malaysia and Nepal at 17.00 (local times) on 4 August you can watch the battle in Portugal in an hour-long programme. Sky Sport 1 New Zealand is also showing the programme at 19.30 (local time) on the 11 August.
The programme, ‘Portimão Portugal Match Cup’, produced by RedHanded TV and distributed by Boulder Creek International uses onboard cameras to get the viewer closer to all the on water action. The gripping footage follows the battle for first place between legend Peter Gilmour (AUS) YANMAR Racing and fellow Australian Torvar Mirsky (AUS) Mirsky Racing Team. The camaraderie of the teams and friendly rivalry between racers is captured beautifully as the programme includes exclusive interviews with competitors and shows behind the scenes moments of quiet contemplation.
The Portimão Portugal Match Cup highlights show will be broadcast to 180 countries across the globe via broadcasters including CNBC, Setanta Africa, Showtime, Sky NZ, Sky Sports, Yacht and Sail International, Klarner Medien, RTP Portugal, Sevenload as well as America One, ESPN Star Sports, Sportsmax, Fox Sports US, Canal Plus, PCTV Mexico, Untamed Sports and Melita Cable.
